4L bottle filling line
Line for pure-water / similar bottled products. We also built a washer so bottles are cleaned before fill.
Process
Wash – rinse the bottle inside before filling.
Fill – dose the liquid into the washed bottle.
Transfer – move filled bottles along the linking conveyor.
Label – apply the product label on the way.
Collect – gather bottles on a turntable for packing.
Hygiene came first in this layout.
